1. MMK Provides Membership to the Farmers and Agriculturist Only.
2. ⁠ Registered Members to be provided guidance produce agro- produces and support for the marketing of the produced goods.
3. ⁠Apart from Contract farming the company shall also purchase goods produced by the farmers of their own.
4. ⁠Company shall help in gathering best quality seeds and amenities for quality farming and optimum utilization of agricultural resources.
5. ⁠Member will get support from the company in planning as well as research and Development of any Farming project as per terms and conditions time to time.
6. ⁠Company shall procure Any Product(Agri) produced by the members and promote them to the International Market .
7. ⁠Members will get to sale their products directly to the company without any interference of third party broker or any commissioned agent.
8. ⁠Our aim is to Invest directly with the farmers and produce Export Quality Products which can be easily sold to the International Market.
9. Members to pay a onetime Membership Fee of 100 Rupees, which is non-Refundable. This Membership Fees is collected for the maintenance of books of accounts for the Members only.
10. Getting Membership is not enough to get investment for any project from the Company. After getting Membership the member will be eligible to submit project to the company. Depending upon the feasibility of the project submitted by the member the Financial Analyst Team will verify the whole project and take necessary action on it.
11. The Secondary objective of Membership Drive is to gather a database of the farmers.
12. After accomplishment of the Membership Drive we will move on to the field verification step which will start probably in April, 2025.
13. All the contracts and agreements to be done as per Contract Act 1872, and all documents to be signed before any Judicial Competent Person.
